Hockey Game

Last weekend Roman got tickets for us to take Cohen to the hockey game to watch our local semi-pro team. We had a lot of fun! Cohen wasn't too sure what to think at first, but soon was busy watching the boys on the ice. Addi , of course, was busy watching all the people around her. She was busy entertaining them with her cheesey smiles!! We have been trying to do little things for Cohen from time to time to reinforce his good job with potty training. We still have little accidents, maybe once a week, which is expected and leads me to the next funny story. The other day he had an accident, well later that evening we were telling dad about our day and I told Cohen to tell dad what happen with his pottying. He decided to instead sidestep the question, which he does VERY well like his Aunt Misty(according to Roman). Next thing we know he is singing, Jesus loves me yes he does.... Roman and I couldn't stop laughing. At least we know he has learned one thing in Sunday school. Sorry, I had to share the story and it is making me laugh again just thinking about it! Ok back to the hockey game, Cohen's favorite part though was eating popcorn and cotton candy and drinking a slush. He was in heaven with the cotton candy because that was a very special treat! Of course when we go somewhere and he gets popcorn, he is SO excited!! He loves POPCORN!! We ended the evening by driving through the trainyard and looking at the trains. It's not too exciting to us, especially to Roman when he is there all day, but that put the icing on the cake for Cohen!! Needless to say, with all the sugar in his body, he still went straight to bed when we got home.
